Founder of Empower Consulting Ltd. Co. and former L’Oréal APAC Brand Director, Jessie has built an impressive career in FMCG, Cosmetics, and Consumer Electronics for 25+ years, managing renowned brands such as La Roche-Posay, Maybelline, Neutrogena, Johnson’s Baby, and LG. As a Pisces, Jessie is both a visionary and down-to-earth leader. Some of her most prominent work includes leading the business turnaround of Regain Hair Growth at Johnson & Johnson and Vichy at L’Oreal APAC.

Jessie founded Empower Consulting in 2022, devoted to empowering clients to cultivate an insight-based business model and strategy. Jessie also has solid marketing expertise built through leading international companies like P&G, J&J, LG, and L’Oreal, and is experienced in cultivating consumer insight  and diagnosing business models  with a bird’s-eye view approach.

For community service, Jessie also serves as a mentor in New Generation College and start-up incubators like Epoch and AAMA.
