Professor Lynn L.H. Shih, CEO of Bliss Consulting & Partners, is a renowned advisor and professional in the business management and branding strategy sector of luxury fashion, cultural and creative industries.

Lynn has previously served as the General Manager of Louis Vuitton Taiwan and  CEO of the LVMH Fashion Group. LVMH is a global luxury giant that turned over 64.2 billion euros in 2021, which is 1.28 times that of TSMC, the great pride of Taiwan.

During her 8 years steering the marketing expansion for Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Celine, and Loewe, Lynn made outstanding achievements. All four of these brands, directly controlled under LVMH, experienced high growth and high margin performances under her leadership. Lynn also attaches deep value to the core themes of LVMH: passion and creativity. As the CEO of a publicly listed luxury conglomerate with complex supply chains operating out of 80 culturally diverse countries, she was further inspired by the insights into the global economy. Utilizing a global perspective, she improved  practices of luxury fashion brands by updating their business models and specializing their marketing management strategy.

In addition to her extensive career as a consultant and corporate executive in the area of luxury fashion branding and business management, Lynn’s expertise also encompasses the creative realm, including stage and costume design, creative directing, visual merchandising, and communications. 

Furthermore, Lynn has  served as a program founder, director, and professor for the Chinese Cultural University (Taipei), and as a  long-standing committee member of the National Palace Museum’s (Taipei) brand assets and cultural creative product development task force. 

Lynn lived in New York City for more than a decade before moving to Taipei and holds an MFA degree in Theater Arts from Cornell University (USA). She has authored 4 published books to date.
